You are not using LinkedIn properly

Every day, I reject half of my connection requests.

Even from people who have 10x more followers than me.

When I check their profiles, honestly, I CANNOT figure out who they even are.

Like… what do you actually do?

What’s your thing?

Who are you even talking to?

It’s just random AI-generated posts on random topics.

One day it’s about marketing, next day it’s mental health, then suddenly, 5 AI tools you must use.

This is so common on LinkedIn now.

Every month, there’s that one post that goes like, I hit 20K followers this month!

Cool. But… for what?

• Who’s your audience?

• What’s your offer?

• What’s the point?

• Did you gain clients?

• Did you gain clarity?

• Did you gain respect?

• Did you gain business?

If yes, good for you.

If no, understand that you’re posting for the algorithm, not for the audience.

Those numbers mean nothing if they don’t bring you real results.

Now, a simple and easy way to check if your profile lacks clarity is to look at your headline.

If your headline goes like this:

“Engineer | MBA Student | Branding Expert | Sales Coach | Founder | Growth Consultant | Content Creator.”

You’re out.

You might think it looks impressive, but in reality, it looks like a grocery list.

This won’t help you build a personal brand.

So please, focus on your foundation.

Get clear about what you actually do. Otherwise, you’re just wasting too much time on LinkedIn.
